Return & Refund Policy – Clothing Brothers SA (Heat Sneakers and Apparel)
Introduction
At Clothing Brothers SA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by your proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Refund Process
If your return meets all the requirements and you purchased the item yourself, you will receive a full refund of the product price, minus any delivery/shipping charges you paid.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
Note: Sale items, promotional items, and discounted products are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style (same value), please contact us first.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
• Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, hosiery, or bodysuits
• Earrings, jewellery intended for piercings, or any body piercings
• Toiletries, cosmetics, or personal care items
• Gift cards
• Personalised, custom-made, engraved, or special-order items
We also cannot accept returns for items that are:
• Damaged or missing parts due to customer use
• Returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Not in original condition or packaging
Return Shipping
How much customers pay for to return products
Free for:
- Defective Products
- incorrect items
- damaged
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for expensive items. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned package if it is lost in transit.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may be applied to certain returns.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the return will be issued as a gift credit or gift card for the value of the item.
If the original purchaser wants a refund, it will be issued to them.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
1. Check your bank/credit card account again
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider
